MetroWest EMS is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees composed of leaders from public safety, healthcare, local government, and the community. This diverse group ensures that our organization remains rooted in serviceβnot profitβand that we stay accountable to the people we serve.
Our Board provides strategic direction, financial oversight, and policy governance to ensure that every decision we make aligns with our mission to provide ethical, high-quality, and community-based emergency medical services.
Responsibilities of the Board
- Oversee organizational strategy and financial health
- Approve major initiatives and budgets
- Support fundraising and community outreach
- Ensure compliance with nonprofit and EMS regulatory requirements
- Serve as ambassadors for MetroWest EMS in the community

π Board Meeting Schedule
